Getting the kids ready for the first day
This back to school season can be quite stressful for parents as well. We’ve put together some tips (and maybe reminders) below to help you get your kids ready for their first day back.
Tip #1: Bring your child to the doctor for his/her regular check-up visit. It’s important to discuss healthy routines and hygiene now more than ever! Discuss washing their hands often and use hand sanitizer regularly.
Tip #2: Agree on a designated homework station, a set time and place every day for your child to finish their homework.

Tip #4: Pick outfits the night before and wake up early to ensure your family has enough time to get dressed, have breakfast, and commute to school.
Tip #5: Plan your meals ahead of time – take advantage of specials and coupons available to help alleviate the stress of getting dinner prepared for your family after a long day.
